The Feel at Home Fair will return as a physical event at the British School in the Netherlands.

About this event

Feel at Home Fair 2022 will take place on November 6 in The Hague

The Hague International Centre will run the fair for the first time with its in-house team

The largest event of its kind in The Hague region, the Feel at Home Fair will return as a physical event at the venue, the British School in the Netherlands, Junior School Vlaskamp!

We hope to welcome sports, community, and cultural clubs of all kinds on November 6, 2022 to network with and showcase themselves to the international community. The fair will also include performances and workshops, a kid’s corner, and plenty of space to meet friends old and new, network, and relax.

Sign-up for both participants and exhibitors is already open !

The fair will include dedicated areas for sports clubs, cultural organisations, and community organisations (in association with Volunteer The Hague and ACCESS) in The Hague region. There will also be an area for performances and presentations, and a dedicated kid’s corner so that everyone can have fun during the event. Do you want to join the fair as a standholder, find all the information here.

A new organising team

This year the fair will be organised by The Hague International Centre. The HagueOnline, led by Billy Allwood, has successfully organised the fair for more than 10 years with the sponsorship of The Hague International Centre (a part of the Municipality of The Hague).

Now, to safeguard the event for the future, The Hague International Centre will directly run the fair with its in-house team. This means that it can be integrated into The International Centre's year-round event agenda, and to reach a wider audience.

Over the coming years, The Hague International Centre intends to hold the fair at various community-driven locations.

Maureen Overdevest, Unit Manager The Hague International Centre says:

“We’re so happy to have taken over running this important event in The Hague’s calendar. We hope to build on the excellent work of The Hague Online over the last decade, and deliver an interesting day of connections for both organisations and international residents. We look forward to everyone getting together to connect and network with The Hague region.”

Billy Allwood, Director, TheHagueOnline

“It's great that the Feel at Home fair will continue to be organised for the international residents of The Hague and I'm very much looking forward to attending the fair in November and helping support the team!”
