We are very excited to welcome you at FLAIRS 2025, the biggest interbanking conference for Young Professionals. On october 3rd, ING Cedar will be the decor for the best banking has to offer. Be prepared to be amazed by keynotes, panel discussions and workshops from the creme de la creme of the finance industry!
This years theme is more than just a theme. “The Power to Pivot: Banking for Resilience and Renewal” is about how we deal with change and stay strong in uncertain times. Something that is very important in our industry today.

Wim Mijs
Wim Mijs is a seasoned leader in European banking, currently serving as CEO of the European Banking Federation. With a legal background from Leiden University and early experience at the International Court of Arbitration, Mijs quickly rose through the ranks at ABN AMRO, eventually leading its EU affairs. As former CEO of the Dutch Banking Association, he played a key role in modernizing the sector post-financial crisis. At the EBF, he champions regulatory reform, financial education, and deeper capital market integration. Known for his sharp insights and diplomatic finesse, Mijs is a driving force behind Europe’s financial resilience
Marguerite Bérard
Marguerite Bérard is a powerhouse in European finance and public policy. A graduate of Sciences Po, ENA, and Princeton, she began her career in the French government before transitioning to banking. She held executive roles at BPCE and BNP Paribas, where she led major transformations in retail banking. In 2025, she became CEO of ABN AMRO, the first Frenchwoman to head a major Dutch bank. Bérard blends strategic vision with public service values, making her a leading voice on resilience and inclusive growth.
Inge Bryan
Inge Bryan is a cybersecurity strategist and resilience expert with a career spanning intelligence, law enforcement, and executive leadership. Former CEO of Fox-IT and now Project Lead Resilience at Rabobank, she’s known for her bold approach to digital security and societal resilience. Bryan has advised governments, chaired national institutes, and led investigations into cybercrime and espionage. Her mission: to build a safer, more resilient society through collaboration, transparency, and tech-savvy leadership
