We will explore the concepts of flow and creativity, defining, and putting them into practice. And yes, even while working remotely!

Did you know that when in flow you are 500% more productive? This is crazy! Productivity flow is a state of mind when creativity peaks, focus sharpens, and you get more done.But also on the personal side, as M. Csikszentmihalyi would put it ‘The best moments in our lives are not the passive, receptive, relaxing times . . . The best moments usually occur if a person’s body or mind is stretched to its limits in a voluntary effort to accomplish something difficult and worthwhile’ Cool huh?We think so, so we created this workshop to cover the topics of:<ul><li>What is flow?</li><li>Characteristics of flow</li><li>Flow for productivity and creativity</li><li>How do we get into a flow state?</li><li>Autotelic personality</li><li>Flow in a group</li><li>Flow online</li></ul>We will explore the concepts of flow and creativity, defining, accessing, and putting them into practice. And yes, even while working remotely. Be ready to put your open-minded hat on, and get into a flowy creative mood! We are Deeply, an NGO, non-profit, non-GMO organization. We aim to empower you to experience personal development on your own terms.
