On October 7 we are hosting the second edition of our seminar Good Doctrine with the theme “Love from Nêah.”
Good Doctrine is an evening designed to inform and inspire. Speakers from various fields will share valuable insights, making it an enriching and educational event. The evening also includes interactive moments where attendees can ask questions, reflect on what they have heard, and discuss any areas of uncertainty.
This year’s theme, Love from Nêah, means love from your neighbour. Many people today are shaped by the constant pressure to succeed, achieve, and focus on themselves. From a young age we are taught to plan ahead, work hard, and know what we want to become. While there is nothing wrong with this, it should never come at the cost of caring for those around us.
The dominant mindset in our time is slowly pushing out the heart of the Good Samaritan. Truly loving your neighbour has become something rare, often done only when it offers personal benefit. This way of thinking creates a selfish society that ignores the needs and well-being of others.
Through this seminar we want to shine a light on the importance of loving the people close to you. This kind of love builds strong families, caring communities, and healthier generations
