A weekly strength and mobility class designed specifically for runners, to help you move better, run stronger, and stay injury-free.

Led by experienced coach from Running Late Club, these sessions focus on building stability, mobility, and power in all the right places. Whether you’re training for your first 5K or your next marathon, this is your secret weapon for performance and longevity.

When: Every Monday, 18:30
Where: Motley Crew Seaboard
Who: Open to all, every level welcome.

18:15 - Doors opening, welcoming, bag drop
18:30 - Strat of the session
20:00 - End of the session
