It's become a tradition with Wildcultuur workshops that I bring a homemade loaf of sourdough and something interesting to spread on it. Today, these fermentations take center stage. We will recreate several recipes using some ingredients from our young food forest or growing wild. Everything will be prepared outdoors, between the trees.

Materials are included. You will take home a pine soda, a sourdough starter, and lactofermenting vegetables.

Dutch and English language both available.
