In this session, you will have the opportunity to experience the deeply relaxing and (nature) reconnecting practice of EcoNIDRA for yourself and to learn more about what EcoNIDRA™ is, its effects on our physical, mental, and emotional well-being, the global community of EcoNIDRA teachers, and the Certified EcoNIDRA™ Teacher Training. In addition to connecting and experiencing the effects of EcoNIDRA in your own body and mind, there will also be space to explore topics such as:<ul><li>What EcoNIDRA is, and how practicing and facilitating it supports both people and nature</li><li>The Dragonflies — the global community of certified EcoNIDRA teachers</li><li>All practical information about the EcoNIDRA Teacher Training</li><li>How EcoNIDRA can help restore and regulate your nervous system, health, and overall well-being</li><li>How to integrate deep relaxation and nature connection into your daily life and your current work with clients or colleagues</li><li>The differences between EcoNIDRA, traditional yoga nidra, and forest bathing</li><li>How EcoNIDRA teachers facilitate sessions outdoors, indoors, and online, and for which groups, projects, and organizations</li><li>Or whatever arises during the session, based on your personal experience and questions</li></ul> As a participant, you will also receive a discount code for the EcoNIDRA Teacher Training, plus an additional gift to support your own daily nature-based self-care. ツ You will receive the Zoom link to join one day prior to the session. If the session time doesn't work for you, you can still sign up and will receive a recording of the session afterwards, so that you can do it in your won time.
