My name is Marco Colnaghi. I am a coach, facilitator, and expert in complex systems with a PhD from University College London. I support people in navigating transitions, finding clarity, and creating conscious change, at the interface between mindfulness and personal growth. My background includes a decade of research and teaching in world-class universities, as well as long-term contemplative practice. Let me bring these skills to you, to help you tackle complex challenges in an elegant, holistic way.

It happens by itself – all you have to do is create the right conditions. You slow down, relax the body, set an intention... And magic happens. Your willingness to create these conditions is the only thing that stands between you and deeper inner peace, relaxation, and focus.</p><p>In this workshop, you’ll learn how to access the meditative state with ease. You’ll find out how to avoid common pitfalls (such as trying too hard, making meditation boring, or setting the bar too high) and discover which types of practice work best for your body and mind.</p><p>The beauty of meditation is that, really, there’s no right or wrong way of doing it.</p><p>You can watch your breath. You can watch your mind. Or you can sense and relax your body. Or listen to sounds. You can analyze your sense of self and the nature of consciousness. You can spread love to all beings, across the universe. And you can just let yourself be, just sitting, without trying to do anything at all.</p><p>In this engaging and practical workshop, we are actually going to try out all of the above. And, most likely, it’s going to feel great!</p><p>Join us for a light and engaging (yet deep) exploration of different meditative practices and techniques. <p><br></p><h4>About the Facilitator</h4><p>My name is Marco Colnaghi and I am an expert in complex systems with a decade of research and leadership experience in academia. I hold a PhD from University College London, and my research on the origins of life and the evolution of the human mind has been published in top academic journals. I am also a committed meditator, with over 15 years of committed practice. Next to my academic work, I help conscious leaders create a better world and amplify their impact by deepening their inner work. I love to take people deep – in their lives, within themselves, and into the great unknown where true creativity can arise.</p>
