Join us online for an informative session on how physical activity can impact menstrual cycles.

This workshop is for you if your periods are missing or irregular.


It is not just about fertility... Missing periods can be a sign of Hypothalamic Amenorrhea (HA), a fully reversible condition caused by stress, under-fuelling, and overtraining.


In this FREE workshop, you’ll learn:

  • Why missing periods aren’t “just part of being fit”
  • How to eat, move, and rest in a way that supports your hormones
  • Simple nutrition & lifestyle strategies

There will also be a live Q&A so you can ask your questions directly.


The workshop will be delivered by Julia Haarhuis, a PhD researcher in Nutrition and a Women’s Health Advocate. After personally recovering from 2+ years of Hypothalamic Amenorrhea (HA), she turned her lived experience into scientific purpose. Through evidence-based nutrition strategies, she now helps active and high-achieving women restore their cycles.
