The workshop will be delivered by Julia Haarhuis, a PhD researcher in Nutrition and a Women’s Health Advocate. After personally recovering from 2+ years of Hypothalamic Amenorrhea (HA), she turned her lived experience into scientific purpose. Through evidence-based nutrition strategies, she now helps active and high-achieving women restore their cycles.
