About this event

Do you often find yourself...
✨ Overthinking even the smallest decisions?
✨ Struggling to say no without guilt?
✨ Feeling like you’re never quite “enough”?

These may be signs of limiting beliefs—deep-rooted thought patterns that hold you back from feeling confident, calm, and in control.

In this interactive workshop, led by two licensed psychologists, you will learn:
✔ How to spot and challenge your limiting beliefs
✔ Practical tools to release fear, guilt, and perfectionism
✔ A simple method to build lasting self-trust

This workshop will be facilitated by two licensed psychologists (NL/RO)- Alexandra Top and Sarah Turc - with experience in helping individuals overcome anxiety, limiting beliefs, and improve emotional well-being.

This workshop builds on insights from our previous session on the inner saboteur, but it stands fully on its own—no prior attendance required. You'll get everything you need during the workshop.

Whether you're navigating self-doubt, people-pleasing, or perfectionism, this session offers evidence-based tools and guidance to help you create meaningful, lasting change.

Join us for a supportive and insightful workshop that will leave you feeling empowered and equipped to trust yourself more deeply.
