From tension to flow

Flow is you natural state. A state that is felt in your body, not your mind.


In this 2 hour workshop, you will experience the wisdom of your body, the wisdom of your subconscious emerging easefully through a sequence of somatic, movement practices. You will also learn how to listen to your body more intentionally so that you can leverage its generous intelligence & guidance. You will come out feeling more informed, connected and alive.


Why should you attend?

We spend so much of our life being in our heads and relying on our intellect. We forgot that we are human BEINGS, not doings. Through feminine embodiment we can remember those feeling, sensing parts in us that have been silenced by society and we can invite them to come out and guide us. And we can do that without any words, talking or efforting of any kind.


Speaker bio

Nada is a certified leadership coach, somatic practitioner and conscious movement teacher. She combines her understanding of our nervous system with her experience as a mindset coach and embodiment practitioner to bring your audience a holistic mind, body, soul experience.

  • Only 8% of investments in Amsterdam went to women-led startups.
  • Only 18 % of people working in tech in the Netherlands are women, while this is the fastest growing industry.
  • 10th place in Europe when it comes to the representation of women leaders and women working in the European Tech Startup Ecosystem (report by Startup Genome).

Academy : We’re creating education and career opportunities for women in tech and entrepreneurship.

Memberclub : We’re creating a community of ambitious women that are here to connect, grow, support and empower each other.
