Full Moon Circles are intimate, cozy spaces, where we move slowly and intentionally through somatic practices, guided meditation, sound healing, and reflective journaling. Each session is centered around a self-inquiry theme based on the lunar cycle, to honor our cyclical nature and our connection to the Moon phases. Across many traditions, keeping a practice that follows the Moon cycles is considered an essential part not only for spiritual growth but also for aligning with the lunar energy: the most intuitive, feminine, yin aspects of our being. Our circle offers a safe, nourishing way to tune in, helping you with: - emotional awareness - enhance your intuition and clarity - listen to your inner voice - ground, rest and release At the end we finish with integration so you can leave calmer, clearer, and more open than before. You can expect: To do a collective ritual around the lunar cycle- To do a restoring meditation ending with a sound bath - To be given in depth journaling guidance to flow within - To learn and practice in a collective and safe setting - Energy exchange = 25 EU.
