Many tennis players attributed their success not only to a healthy body but to the reluctance of the younger generation to assert a more aggressive style of play. The evolution of technology, athleticism and coaching may have improved the game but has the lack of variety created a tedious predictability? What will the game look like in five, ten or even twenty years from now and what components will influence its style? If we are to avoid a one-dimensional game then ensuring we are fully aware of modern innovations that provide practical application will be crucial. Not only for players, what does it mean for clubs and federations? How can innovation add value for these stakeholders as well? And how to keep fans involved? This event is supported by the Dutch lawn tennis federation (KNLTB). In The Netherlands around 560.000 players are organised in around 1.650 clubs. Robin Haase en Kiki Bertens are currently leading as best tennisplayers in The Netherlands. February 11, 2020, the 6 selected companies present their venture at the KPN HQ in Rotterdam. You meet representatives of tennis academies, club representatives, federations and other stakeholders. This event takes place during the ABN AMRO World Tennis Tournament. As a special guest we welcome professional tennisplayer Matwe Middelkoop for a Q&amp;A. Matwe&#x27;s best memories in tennis were winning his 1st ATP title in 2016 in Sofia and defeating Roger Federer in 2015 at the Davis Cup.
