From 10 AM to 3 PM, we’ll slow down together—through guided meditation and a shared meal in good company.What’s waiting for you:• A soft landing – We begin with a gentle, guided meditation to help you arrive and settle.• A nourishing lunch – A fresh, meal shared around the table. Warm tea included.• Room to breathe – Take time to walk, write, reflect, or simply rest. You decide.No experience with meditation is needed—just bring yourself.Come as you are. We'll take it from there.
