Global PropTech Leaders is an exclusive event meant for corporate real estate leaders who want to share knowledge about how our industry is being renewed through PropTech. Global PropTech will invite top-notch influencers and PropTech companies that will share the successes of their businesses as well as insights into the latest (property) technologies.

This 4th edition we will bring to you six (7 minute) PowerTalks:

• USA - Phil Kirschner - WeWork, he founded the Workplace Strategy discipline at WeWork, and grew it to 25 strategists in New York, San Francisco, Mexico City, Sao Paulo, London, Shanghai, Tokyo and Mumbai! Phil will talk about the future of workplace.

• USA - Charlie Stephens - Cushman & Wakefield, Promoting Business Growth & Collaboration through Digital Media Content focused on Leadership & NYC's evolving landscape. NYC Commercial real estate adviser for office leasing, investment sales, appraisals and supply chain solutions. Involved in advising over a million square feet of tenant and landlord representation transactions within Manhattan and across the country since 2010. Also hosting the "LeadersLive" show talking with VC's & Industry Leaders about their business ventures, growth and building a network through collaborations.

• Canada - Hadrien Laporte - Smartpixel.tv, Graphic design has been my main professional expertise before SmartPixel.tv was created. My goal, since then, is to offer my clients a new image. Something different, dynamic, interactive, with a fresh modern look.

• USA - Ronan Curran - KPMG, Director in the financial services Deal Advisory department in the KPMG NewYork office, specializing primarily in Real Estate, Asset Management and Insurance transactions.
  

• The Netherlands - Iain Thompson - OfficeApp, We believe that any office experience can be made more efficient and fun by offering a mobile first office assistant. Office App brings the excitement of modern day shared-working spaces back into the corporate office by rethinking the way employees engage with the facilities and community. OA brings a set of disruptive technologies, ranging from 1 click room bookings to integrated local commerce, together in a one stop mobile solution that seamlessly integrates in any office environment.

The event will take place at the MIPIM PropTech NYC. You need a valid ticket to the MIPIM PropTech.

Admission: We have room for 80 attendees. The registration will be checked by Global PropTech in order to quarantee an exclusive event with leaders from the sector.
