Healthy Choices:
The evening features cuisines from several countries, based on healthy dishes prepared by refugees from Syria, Somalia, Nigeria, and Trinidad and Tobago. All meals are made with fresh, organic ingredients and tailored to a healthy lifestyle, in line with the philosophy of the health center.

Education:
Guests will learn about the ingredients and cooking methods of various cuisines. This makes the experience not only culinary, but also educational and enriching.

Work and Integration:
The initiative offers refugees from the Hoogeveen asylum seekers center the opportunity to gain work experience, showcase their talents, and integrate into the local community.
