Since his graduation he has been an entrepreneur as a software engineer and later with the SaaS startup L1NDA.com and developed his skills as leader and CTO. After his sailing trip around the Atlantic with his young family Nicolaas dove back into the booming AI hype as COO at BrainCreators. This was very valuable in learning the latest Machine Learning technologies and how to manage corporate AI projects. At Councyl he combines his AI expertise with entrepreneurial experience to seize the opportunity of helping public services with decision management.

He derives his inspiration from creating an environment in which parties can flourish. In his daily work, this involves utilising contract and tender documents that provide leeway for new developments. A well-balanced allocation of responsibilities holds importance here, and the documents must underpin the process effectively. Witnessing a project conclude positively for all parties brings him happiness.

With a wealth of experience in his field, he brings profound insights into the intricacies of procurement regulations within the public sector.In our upcoming meetup, Alfredo Molina will delve into the fascinating realm of judicial restraints in procurement regulations. He will shed light on the challenges faced by public authorities as they navigate the purchase of innovative goods and services. Drawing from his extensive expertise, Alfredo will eloquently discuss the nuances and limitations encountered in this dynamic landscape.

<a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/johnvandijk/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">John van Dijk</a> is coordinator of the VNG&#x27;s Market and Government Team. He has a good overview of the various points of view and interests of market parties, governments and chain partners about the municipal i-domain. In his role, he is closely involved in the cooperation between municipalities, market parties and chain partners. He also has extensive knowledge and experience of public-public and public-private partnerships.

As an expert in GovTech &amp; Innovation in Digital Government Ecosystems, a collaborative effort between Delft University of Technology and Digicampus, Nitesh brings a wealth of knowledge on connecting government, market, and science for groundbreaking advancements in the public sector.
