Our emotions often affect the way we feel physically — we even have words to describe these feelings, like “heartache” and “gut-wrenching”.Our chemistry and biology impact our mood and emotions, as well as thoughts and beliefs. The mind-body connection is real, and it has a powerful impact on our well-being at every level. And we can learn to harness the power of the mind-body connection in our own lives to optimize our happiness and health.Can you heal your body with your mind?In this session we will :<ul><li>Understand the mind-body connection, the science behind it, and how our emotions can affect our health</li></ul><ul><li>Establish the direct physical impact of positive and negative thoughts</li></ul><ul><li>Work on mind based exercises to prove how thoughts can trigger physical responses</li></ul><ul><li>Learn simple self-hypnosis techniques to bring change </li></ul>This session is brought to you by SparkOn, a platform for sharing knowledge and skills with each other. Your sharer is Chinmai.Chinmai a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and a Hypnotherapist. She uses the power of the human mind to change negative thought patterns and stress related conditions.
