I create sacred spaces to reconnect with the body, emotions, and inner truth. My work blends ancient healing traditions with intuitive presence — offering sessions and circles that include energetic massage, reiki, sound healing, cacao, and ritual.Rooted in softness, depth, and embodiment, I guide others in remembering their own wisdom and reclaiming their power — one breath, one touch, one ceremony at a time.Based in Amsterdam, I offer 1:1 sessions, seasonal rituals, and women’s gatherings through my practice.

A nourishing and intuitive gathering where women come together to connect, release, and restore. Each circle has its own theme and flow, guided by what the group needs in the moment. Expect a mix of grounding and creative practices such as self-massage, meditation, sound healing, somatic movement, shaking, intuitive card reading, writing, and sharing. Every week it's different! This is a safe, heart-centered space to find comfort, to reconnect with your body, and to remember your natural rhythm. You don’t need any experience, simply come as you are. This is a space for women who wish to keep track of their well-being &amp; want to dedicate time and space to their processes in life. Optional: to drink a cup of cacao.
