The event includes a talk, hands-on cooking, and shared dining. Most of what we prepare—90% of the ingredients—will be organic and thoughtfully chosen.
You'll be hosted by Noriko, a yoga instructor with years of experience preparing meals for yoga seminars. During the talk, I’ll share my own experiences and insights on building a healthy food lifestyle—philosophical and practical ideas that can benefit both vegans and meat eaters alike.
