We create a safe space where you can get out of your mind, relax and release old stuck energy/emotions and allow the Qi/shakti to flow through the whole body using dynamic circular deep breath, somatic movement and self-massage.

When our heart and the energy centres are open, we can experience bliss, love & connection within. The exercises in the workshop are great to practise as a daily routine to keep us centered. 😊 🧡

* A short ice-breaking game, introduce ourselves and set intentions for the workshop.

* Tune in to our body, feel the tensions and sensations, shake the whole body to release the tensions.

* Dynamic circular Breathwork combined with somatic/intuitive movement and sounds to release old stuck energy/emotions, refresh and cleanse our body.

* Keep breathing, allow the spine to move and the kundalini energy/shakti/Qi flow through the whole body.

* Feel the tingling, vibrating sensations and the opening of the heart, the throat, diaphragm, belly and pelvis.

* Once the energy flows freely, then we can relax into our being and experience bliss, love & connections within.

* Integration, grounding, share from the heart, feel seen and safe showing our vulnerability and authenticity.
