A sharing circle for gay men to connect in a safe setting. Participants take turns sharing while others listen with their hearts.

**Below in English** **Heartcirkel** Hoe belangrijk vind jij het dat er écht naar je geluisterd wordt? Want dat is wat we doen bij een heart cirkel. Jij vertelt en de anderen luisteren naar je. Iedereen krijgt om de beurt de ruimte om te delen wat er op dit moment bij hem/haar speelt. Vertel waar je tegenaan loopt, waar je verdrietig van bent, waar je tegen vecht, wat je onlangs ontdekt hebt, waar je blij van wordt, wat je spannend vindt of waar je hulp bij kan gebruiken. Waar verlang je naar? Je mag alles delen zolang het maar uit je hart komt !De anderen doen niets anders dan luisteren, we geven geen advies , geen commentaar en we oordelen niet.We zijn stil en we luisteren met ons hart.Als we op deze manier naar elkaar luisteren ontstaat er verbinding, verbinding met jezelf en verbinding met de ander. Je bent gezien en gehoord en dan is de kans groot dat je met meer energie en blijheid weer naar huis gaat en dat je hart wagenwijd openstaat ! Ik zorg voor een veilige setting waar plek is voor een traan, voor stilte maar ook voor humor. Een avond waar je volledig jezelf kunt zijn. We beginnen met een korte begeleide meditatie, een korte uitleg en vervolgens openen we de cirkel. Afhankelijk van de deelnemers wordt dit evenement in het Nederlands of Engels georganiseerd.Op deze datum zijn er geen kosten voor deze Heartcircle. Dus geen ticket kopen, wel even laten weten als je komt. **Heartcircle **How great would it be if someone is really listening to you?Because that's what we do at a heart circle. You talk and the other men listen to you. Everyone takes a turn to share what is going on with them at the moment. Tell us what you are facing, what you are sad about, what you are fighting against, what you have recently discovered, what makes you happy, what you find exciting or what you could use help with. What do you long for? You can share anything as long as it comes from your heart! The other men do nothing but listen, we don't give advice, we don't comment and we don't judge.We are silent and we listen with our hearts.When we listen to each other in this way, connection is created, connection with yourself and connection with others. You have been seen and heard and there is a good chance that you will go home with more energy and happiness and that your heart will be wide open!I offer a safe setting with space for tears, silence and laughter. An afternoon where you can totally be yourself. We start with a short guided meditation, a short explanation and then we open the circle. Depending on the participants this event is hosted in Dutch or English. Event is free of charge!We start at 19.30Door open : 19.00End 22.00 I live in Amsterdam near Hoofddorpplein.
