It is important to build understanding about the shared history that has many facets. To be able to achieve the understanding, regular communication through a webinar series will be helpful.Second, the webinar series is mainly to share voices from Indonesia to the Netherlands to update the general public and decision makers in the Netherlands about latest development of the shared heritage in Indonesia.Hopefully, the webinar series contributes to bilateral relations between the two countries in the effort to build bridges between the two countries.Fort Van den Bosch, is a Dutch fort founded in 1839 and located in Ngawi-a small town on the border of Central Java and East Java. Currently the fort is controlled by the military. 
Efforts to develop and re-use this fort have actually started several years ago with discussions on a cooperation agreement between the military and the Ngawi district government. 
The restoration process for the Van den Bosch fort is currently underway. Started with the documentation in 2018, then continued with the planning of the restoration, then at the end of 2020 the restoration implementation began to be carried out. 
The effort to preserve this fort is a good example of the collaboration of the central government, local government, military and universities
