Hello, dear you! I invite you to my high-heels dance course for beginner and intermediate levels.

15 lessons - and you can dance choreographies, freestyle in heels wherever you like, feel feminine and sexy not only while dancing, but also in everyday life.

A bright result of the course will be an aesthetic professional video of you dancing.

Will I be able to exercise if I’m not flexible and I’m not in the best physical shape?

-Yes. Dancing is the tool that helps you become more flexible and physically resilient. And this is the most pleasant and gentle way to work on your body.

I don't have heels, is there any point in taking this course without proper shoes?

- Unfortunately no. This is a very important part of training. In the course we learn to feel comfortable in heels and dance absolutely everything in them. Hurry up, buy shoes and we are waiting for you at the course❤️

How can I choose proper shoes for high heeels dancing?

Tips on how to choose shoes: - flared heel is more stable than a stiletto; - when dancing in ankle boots, the foot sweats, so it is better to choose an open model; - the nose of the shoes should be round so that it is convenient to dance sitting and laying on the floor.
