About this event

Hello my dance and flexibility student!

My name is Alena, I am a professional choreographe, and already for over a year I have been creating a dance community for women in the Netherlands.

At my classes and events we learn basic dance principles and choreographies, explore musicality, body coordination and reconnect with our feminine power through dancing and flexibility exercising. All my classes are suitable for beginners.

Frequently asked questions

What do I bring to the class?

You will need comfortable clothes (top + leggings / shorts will do the job), socks, dance heels (optional) and knee pads (optional but recommended), a bottle of water.

I’m a complete beginner, can I join the class?

Yes, although I would recommend joining the class in the beginning of the month (1-15th) as we start learning the new material, therefore it will be easier to keep up.

I don’t have dance heels, can I dance in sneakers?

Yes, that’s possible! Please bring clean shoes to the dance room or you can also dance barefoot/in socks.

What is the current dance schedule?

The dance schedule may vary depending on the month of the year; in April and May we will have classes on Mondays (18:30-20:00) and Saturdays (17:00-18:30).
