The High Tech Tea is an informative and inspiring annual High Tea for women interested in becoming more powerful and present in the technology sector. Due to the state of the world we are currently in and our increased me-time opportunities, we are now hosting the event online.
Despite the many opportunities which this time presents, there are also challenges. One of the challenges of this time is increasing gender inequality in the world. It has inspired us even more to create an informative online event where participants can log off and feel stronger than ever after an afternoon of Building Female Leadership Skills.

Marcia, from the NeuroLeadership Institute will deliver a session on the neuroscience behind Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. This session will focus on the impact of exclusion on the brain and which habits we can adopt to include others actively and build a psychologically safe environment.
