How does it work?

1. Save your seat here. Tickets for Sunday will come online on Monday morning
2. On arrival, your ticket will be scanned and the usual health check will take place (answering common health questions)
3. Enjoy together with us our online service in the Van Nelle Fabriek

As seats in the auditorium are limited, we kindly ask you to only make a reservation if you are planning on coming. You can always cancel your ticket if you can't make it, or develop health symptoms.

What do I do if I can no longer attend / want to cancel my ticket?

If you wish to cancel your ticket, we kindly ask you to cancel your order in eventbrite. You can do this yourself by finding the ticket in your eventbrite account. Find out how, via this link. By cancelling your order, you're giving someone else the opportunity to join us.

Health and Safety

We highly value your health and safety. Our team will do everything they can to ensure a safe gathering. In your ticket order you can find the health check questions that our team will ask you on arrival. We kindly ask you not to come to the service when you have any COVID-related symptoms, or when in doubt.

Check-in

We kindly ask you to arrive in time, as seating will take a bit longer than we are used to. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the service.

Toilets and cloakroom

Of course you can use the toilets. Please be mindful that the capacity of the toilet facilities has been brought down due to social distancing.

Unfortunately we are not providing a cloakroom at this stage. We ask you to bring your coat and bags with you into the auditorium. In case you are visiting us from abroad and want to store any luggage, please don't hesitate to ask one of our team to help you.
