Wars, sanctions, supply-chain pressure, higher energy costs, and more fragile production networks are changing the risk profile of countries, companies, and sectors. For the Netherlands, with its open economy, logistical role, and deep international dependencies, this is not a theoretical issue.The digital layer is moving just as quickly.
