The IamExpat Fair is an international one-day event designed to connect and support the expat community in the Netherlands. Over the course of the day you can meet businesses and organisations offering a variety of services, attend presentations and workshops to help you thrive in the Netherlands, and encounter other internationals, all in a single location! The IamExpat Fair Eindhoven 2025 will take place on November 8th at the Klokgebouw in Eindhoven.

Participants must be registered for General Entrance to the IamExpat Fair, and then register for each desired workshop separately. The workshop programme will be announced in October 2025 here: https://eindhoven.iamexpatfair.nl/program/
Please arrive at the workshop location 15 minutes before the start of the session. Workshop seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
No. Unfortunately, IamExpat cannot write a letter of invitation for visitors to attend the IamExpat Fair from abroad.
Children under the age of 18 can attend the IamExpat Fair without registering for a ticket. Registration is required for all individuals above the age of 18.
