Participants must be registered for General Entrance to the IamExpat Fair, and then register for each desired workshop separately. The workshop programme will be announced in September 2025 here: https://thehague.iamexpatfair.nl/program/

How early should I arrive for my workshop?

Please arrive at the workshop location 15 minutes before the start of the session. Workshop seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can IamExpat write a letter of invitation to visitors from abroad for the purpose of a travel visa?

Accepted Answer

No. Unfortunately, IamExpat cannot write a letter of invitation for visitors to attend the IamExpat Fair from abroad.

Question 4

Do I need to get tickets for my children if we attend the IamExpat Fair as a family?

Accepted Answer

Children under the age of 18 can attend the IamExpat Fair without registering for a ticket. Registration is required for all individuals above the age of 18.

I would like to visit the Career section at the IamExpat Fair. How can I best prepare?
