My name is Marco Colnaghi. I am a coach, facilitator, and expert in complex systems with a PhD from University College London. I support people in navigating transitions, finding clarity, and creating conscious change, at the interface between mindfulness and personal growth. My background includes a decade of research and teaching in world-class universities, as well as long-term contemplative practice. A 90-minute online core-values workshop with mindfulness, guided reflection, and live coaching in a small group (max. 6 people).

<h3>Description</h3>This online core values workshop is a guided inquiry for people who want greater clarity, integrity, and direction in their personal or professional lives.Our values shape our decisions, relationships, motivation, and sense of purpose — often unconsciously. In this small-group coaching workshop, you’ll be supported in clarifying your core values as lived principles to enhance your decision-making and find deeper fulfilment and meaning.The workshop combines:<ul><li>Mindfulness meditation</li><li>Structured self-reflection exercises</li><li>Live group coaching and personalized feedback</li></ul>You’ll be guided through a clear inquiry, have space to articulate what feels essential to you right now, and receive direct input as part of a shared process.(Not everyone will receive extended one-on-one coaching, but everyone will be actively involved, personally addressed, and supported in gaining clarity and direction.)
