What does 2026 have in store for us? At the very least: another ImproLab evening.

This time, we turn towards darker territory. Not every story has a neat ending — on stage or in life. Expect humanity under pressure, uneasy turns, and performances that are willing to sit with discomfort. In the end, we will see if music can lead us back into the light.

Brave New Improv

Taking inspiration from unforgettable references such as 1984 and Brazil, we present a Brave New Improv show: with the suggestions from the audience, we tailor a not-so-far-away dystopian future and take you for a ride in the what if’s of that alternative world.

It’s going to be fine. Right?

Life is good and these two people are having a great time. Together they can face any challenge that they encounter, and it will only make their relationship stronger. At least that’s what they imagine…

The Amsterdam Musical Improv Stars

The Amsterdam Musical Improv Stars will explore a way to wrap up the show with improvised songs in order to let you go home with a feeling of having enjoyed an evening that accidentally turned out to be what you didn’t know you wanted.

The show starts at 19 - be there at 18:45 to grab a drink and get cosy.
