Can I get my own art supplies?

Yes. If you have something you want to use please bring it with you. Else, there are several options to choose from.

Do I need talent or experience?

No. The improv session is a beginner level and the art session encourages free, intuitive painting with focus on feelings, emotions and breath rather than talent and end result.

Can I bring a friend?

Of course <3 They just need to buy a ticket in order to reserve their spot.

No artistic talent is needed.

During the art session, we are focusing on how we feel, what our thoughts are and trying to breathe conciously. The end result is important for the meaning it has for you and not for how much talent is showing.

Please feel free to choose a place to sit that feels good to you. You can also move during the painting session as you feel.

All art materials are provided.

The studio has a "no shoes" policy.

Water and snacks are provided.

Please respect everybody's time and arrive 5-10 min earlier. Door closes at 14:00.
