No, Unfortunately, the organizers cannot write letter of invitation to visitors from abroad, however if you reach out to us, we will try to help in guiding you based on our understanding.

Is the venue easily reachable by public transport?

Yes, Amsterdam RAI is a very popular conference destination and very well connected by Train, Metro & Bus. If you prefer to come by car, there is enough paid parking in RAI itself. Please check the parking costs on RAI website.
