Inner Dynamics is a powerful, elemental energy practice designed to help you break through holding patterns and release unprocessed emotions. By combining breathwork, somatic movement, and the ancient wisdom of the five elements (Pancha Mahabhutas), this session offers a direct path to inner balance and clarity. In this specific workshop, we focus on the Dynamics of Power, working intensely with the elements of Fire and Water: <ul><li>Fire: Feel the heat and activation in your core. It is the force of transformation and intensity.</li><li>Water: Experience emotional fluidity and softness.
