Experience a profound shift in your physical and emotional well-being. Inner Dynamics is a powerful, elemental energy practice designed to help you break through holding patterns and release unprocessed emotions. By combining breathwork, somatic movement, and the ancient wisdom of the five elements (Pancha Mahabhutas), this session offers a direct path to inner balance and clarity. In this specific workshop, we focus on the Dynamics of Power, working intensely with the elements of Fire and Water:

Fire: Feel the heat and activation in your core. It is the force of transformation and intensity.

Water: Experience emotional fluidity and softness. It is the vehicle for release and healing.

Whether you are looking to let go of stress or rediscover your inner strength, this guided journey helps you reconnect your body and awareness in a safe, supportive environment.

WHENSunday, September 27th from 10:00 to 11:30 WHEREŌsmos Studio – Amsterdam, Nassaukade 162/163, 1053 LL Amsterdam, Netherlands

TICKETS & AIC Card

€45 Regular Online Ticket

AIC Card holders: Enjoy the peace of mind of refundable tickets! 😎

Please note: Tickets are non-refundable for non-card holders and are not swappable.

INDICATIONSTo ensure you have the most transformative experience possible, please follow these guidelines:

Clothing: Wear comfortable, flexible attire (leggings or yoga pants).
