No worries — if the weather doesn’t play along, we’ll most likely move the session to Mylife aan de Maas (nice and dry, same good vibes). We’ll let you know in time, so keep an eye on your messages.

The session will be guided in Dutch if everyone understands it — otherwise, we’ll switch to English to make sure everyone feels included.

Is it safe to join when I am pregnant?

Yes, it is generally safe to join when you are pregnant. Many women find ceremonies to be deeply nourishing and grounding during this time. That said, we always recommend letting us know in advance and consulting your midwife or healthcare provider.
