Innovation House Opening

The CID Innovation House is a pilot initiative bringing together the city's area team, urban development, and innovation under one roof.

If you've been around the space lately, you may have noticed a striking scale model of the Central Innovation District (CID) on display. This maquette is more than just an eye-catcher, it's a sneak peek of something bigger that's about to take shape at The Hague Tech.

Starting April 1st, the CID Innovation House will officially be landing at our location, and the maquette is one of its first elements to arrive.

The CID Innovation House is a pilot initiative with The Hague Tech and Gemeente Den Haag, bringing together the city's area team, urban development (stadmaken), and innovation under one roof. It's a place where city makers, entrepreneurs, and residents come together to work on the future of the Central Innovation District : experimenting, connecting, and co-creating what this neighbourhood can become.

We're kicking things off with an official opening on Thursday, April 16th. Entrance begins at 15:00 and the programme runs from 15:30 to 16:30, with presentations on what the CID Innovation House is and what it can mean for the community. It's then followed by the monthly Stadmakersborrel (drinks & networking).
