International Clinic: European Collaborations

Together with DutchCulture, creatives explore European collaboration not just in practical terms, but also in its deeper value: connecting with networks abroad, sharing knowledge and challenges, and building meaningful exchanges with peers in neighbouring countries Germany, France, Belgium and the United Kingdom. This edition is moderated by Margherita Soldati and concludes with a network drink.

In this iteration of International Clinic early- and mid-career practitioners who want to expand their practice in Europe can take a look at what European collaboration actually looks like, how to find opportunities, where to begin and what role embassies and funds can play in supporting you. Through conversations with curators, creatives, and cultural advisors, we will delve into the opportunities, experiences, and challenges of working in the European context, while offering hands-on advice and best practices for collaboration.

International Clinic

Organised in collaboration with DutchCulture, the Creative Industries Fund NL and the Dutch diplomatic network, the Nieuwe Instituut’s International Clinics provide a space for Netherlands-based designers and creatives to learn about opportunities for international collaboration and exchange, and to hear from practitioners in the field.
