Question: What should I wear?

We recommend comfortable workout clothing that allows free hip movement. Avoid very tight leggings or restrictive outfits, as we will work on pelvic floor activation and mobility exercises.

Question: Are refunds available?

Tickets are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your ticket to another woman by informing us in advance via email.

Is this workshop women-only?

Accepted Answer

Yes. This masterclass is exclusively designed for women in celebration of International Women’s Day.

Question 4

Do I need previous dance experience?

Accepted Answer

No. The choreography section is beginner friendly and focused on fundamentals and confidence building.

Question 5

Will there be video recording?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we will record a final group video as part of the celebration experience. If you prefer not to appear in the video, please inform the host upon arrival and we will respect your preference.

Question 6

Do I need to bring a yoga mat, yoga ball, blocks, elastic band or knee pads?

Accepted Answer

No, it is not necessary. Yoga mats, training balls, blocks, resistance bands and basic knee protection will be available at the studio. You are welcome to bring your own knee pads if you prefer extra comfort.

Should I bring a drink or a power snack?

Accepted Answer

A welcome drink is included. We recommend bringing water and a small snack, as the training can be physically engaging. Empanadas will be available for purchase after the workshop.
