Participation is free and please arrive by 18:45, the clinic will start 19:15 and take two hours. Afterwards the bar will remain open (drinks and snacks at own expense).

Important (safety) information:
- Please do not wear open shoes/sandals or baggy/oversized clothes and do not drink alcohol before the course.
- Instruction will be in Dutch and English.
- Our facilities are wheelchair friendly.
