As the name implies, this method entails the creation of a strategy as a means of planning the development of your studio. And how do we develop a strategy? Well, that’s where we come in.In this series of workshops, we will break down the concept of Strategic Planning considering not only the practical steps necessary to develop a strategy, but also understanding their reasoning.
