Join us for this introduction to learn more about our series of workshops that utilise the Strategic Planning methodology to analyse, assess, and rethink the identity of your studio. As the name implies, this method entails the creation of a strategy as a means of planning the development of your studio. And how do we develop a strategy? Well, that’s where we come in.

In this series of workshops, we will break down the concept of Strategic Planning considering not only the practical steps necessary to develop a strategy, but also understanding their reasoning. We will also utilize a variety of real-world examples to draw upon as we develop your strategy to better understand the concepts introduced in the workshops, and the good (and often bad) applications of these methods.
