The exhibition Emotional Motions tells the raw and vulnerable story of its main character Silva, but it also touches on themes that many of us grapple with. How do you make space for everything you feel? And what do you do with emotions that don’t quite fit, but live somewhere between different worlds?
Behind the exhibition is the queer ensemble Pensive Vivifier, usually found on stage. On Thursday, August 14 and Thursday, August 28, they will perform live try-outs of their new show It’s a Feeling. Emotional Motions not only showcases their earlier research for this production but also serves as a playground for their theatrical experiments.
