Whether you’re a business owner with ADHD, autism, or dyslexia, or you work alongside someone who is, understanding how neurodivergent brains work can make a real difference. Even if you’re just curious, this talk will give you insights and tools that apply to everyone.

In this session, business growth coach and NeuroRocket CIC founder Kerry Malster shares 5 practical tools that support focus, follow-through, confidence, and communication. You’ll get real-world examples and simple strategies you can start using straight away.

If you’re neurodivergent, you’ll learn tools designed to match how your brain works. If you’re not, you’ll learn how to work better with colleagues, clients, or collaborators who are.

Kerry Malster, from Inclusive Business Growth, is a business growth coach who specialises in supporting neurodivergent business owners, especially those who feel like they’re always nearly making things work. She’s also the founder of NeuroRocket, a non-profit that helps ADHDers, autistic adults, and dyslexic thinkers thrive in life and work. Through coaching, workshops, and peer support, Kerry helps people understand their brains, use their strengths, and build businesses that fit them.

About your host

From starting a business in The Netherlands as an expat back in 2019 it was hard to get the right answers and find other business owners that were going through the same challenges.

Where do you find information, support, and recommendations without a network?

Over time, from attending events, asking questions, requesting help, and reaching out to people, I started to build a network of people who have provided invaluable support and have opened up many opportunities.

I love getting to know people, their stories, and challenges, helping them by ‘connecting the dots’ through connections and collaborations.
