Just Arrive — A Deep Reset Practice
A 2-Hour yoga practice with Esther

There is so much asking for your energy — expectations, decisions, movement, noise.
This session is an invitation to step out of the momentum and return to yourself.

All you need to do is show up.

With your mat, a few cushions or blankets, and a quiet space to rest, you’ll be guided through a gentle, deeply nourishing practice designed to help your whole system slow down. Through mindful mobilising movements, supported shapes inspired by yin and restorative yoga, simple breath awareness, and meditation, we create the conditions for real rest to unfold naturally.

This is not a strong or fast practice. There is nothing to achieve and nothing to push through. Instead, we move slowly, listen inwardly, and allow the body to soften in its own time.

By the end of our two hours together, you may notice more space in your breath, a quieter mind, and a sense of being grounded and supported — as if the inner noise has softened and you’ve remembered how to simply be.

What you’ll need:
• A yoga mat
• Cushions, blankets, or bolsters for support
• Optional: blocks, eye pillow, warm socks

Suitable for:
All levels. Especially supportive if you feel tired, overwhelmed, or in need of a gentle reset.

Come as you are. Just arrive.

Donation-based

I offer these sessions on a donation basis so they remain accessible to all. A €15+ minimum contribution is suggested when possible— yet if you're able to give €25 or more, your generosity allows me to continue creating these offerings, and ensure they’re available to others who can’t contribute as much.

Your presence is the greatest gift. Thank you for being here.
