Just bring yourself and an open mind! You may also want to bring a journal or something to take notes during the session, but it's not required.

We recommend dressing in comfy clothes that allow you to sit on a meditation cushion, move freely and breathe deeply.

Do I need prior experience with Kanna?

Not at all - this is a new experience for most participants. You will be guided step-by-step by the experienced facilitator. The setting and guidance is designed for you to have an optimal experience with this compound.

Are there any contraindications for taking Kanna?

Kanna is not recommended for those who are taking antidepressants (SSRIs and MAO inhibitors) and/or 5-HTP supplements, or have severe heart conditions or high blood pressure. You are welcome to join this circle with or without the m!crodose.
