Kingsday Inspired Painting Workshop
Celebrate Kingsday & PaInt a cheerful Dutch sprIng scene: WIndmill, tulips, and all the KIngsday vIbes!
Celebrate Kingsday with a cozy, cheerful painting session in Amsterdam.
In this workshop we’ll create a bright Dutch spring scene : think tulips, a windmill, blue skies, and all the happy Kingsday vibes. It’s beginner-friendly and designed to be relaxed, social, and full of colour (no painting experience needed).
In this 2–2.5 hour guided session, we’ll walk you through the full process step-by-step: sketching the composition, mixing colours, painting the sky and background, and layering details like tulips, the windmill, and festive accents. You’ll work from a reference, but you can personalise your piece with your own colour palette, extra flowers, or a little Kingsday twist. The focus is on enjoying the process and leaving with a finished artwork you’ll actually want to hang up.
Expect a warm atmosphere, a cozy table setup, sweet treats and soft drinks, and gentle guidance throughout & plus time to chat and meet like-minded creatives while you paint.
