The Self-Investigation has created a course specifically designed to empower media managers to navigate current challenges more skillfully.
About this event
The course starts on May 12 and ends on July 7.
Participants will meet once a week, at 4pm CET on Wednesdays over a period of 9 weeks.
There are a total of 12 hours of live training time. The course covers four topics below, which will be covered in 90-minute training sessions, followed by a 60-minute workshop the following week. There is also final session to take stock of what you have learned and carve out your priorities going forward to integrate into the team culture.
You can sign-up just for the course or have the option to add on one session with coach Kim Brice during or after the course at a discounted rate.
The training will cover the following topics:
- Sustaining my team’s well-being during uncertain times
- Managing my stress so I can lead more positively and effectively
- Negotiating boundaries with yourself and others
- Generating a healthier relationship with the digital world
We accept a maximum of 20 participants, on a first come, first served basis. The course will proceed with a minimum of 10 participants.
