Ik beweeg zacht en intuïtief door de ruimte. Soms raak ik plekken op het lichaam licht aan om de stroom te versterken (alleen als je dat fijn vindt). Zonder aanraking werkt het ook. Ik check altijd vooraf wat voor jou passend is.Wat er van binnen kan gebeuren verschilt per persoon én per sessie. I move intuitively through the space. Sometimes I use gentle touch on specific points to support the energetic flow, but only if you feel comfortable with it. It also works perfectly without touch.
